What we collect

When you send an enquiry we store your name, email, phone, optionally company and boat model, and your message. The data is used only to answer and follow up your enquiry.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) and on taking steps at your request before a contract (art. 6(1)(b)). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Storage

Enquiries are deleted when no longer needed for the purpose, unless statutory retention requires otherwise.

Cookies

The site uses no tracking or marketing cookies. YouTube films load only when you click them (youtube-nocookie.com). A simple counter image anonymously records that the page was opened.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).
